Default Rear Tray Removal

Trying to remove my rear tray and have looked at all the topics with information but I can not seem to get the clips out that are holding the tray, I've already removed the panel that sits above the tray but the clips on the tray itself are different, they don't have the center piece to push in.

Any ideas on how to get these clips out? I've tried a trim removal tool, I've tried prying them, they wont budge whatsoever.

Thanks in advance

If you are refering to the ones that are hidden behund the upper trim piece then i have a solution. Go to your trunk. remive the back face panels the hide the spare tire. if you look on that body lip you will see the white tips of the clips coming through. get a rubber mallet and hit each one up. she will come out.

Not sure if we're referring to the same thing, I'm talking about the clips that are directly behind the roll hoops and center console. I've got the trunk side free, however the opposite side is still attached.

4 flat clips are left holding the tray in.

if its just a flat clip with nothing in the middle, just put a screw driver into it and turn 180 degrees. should pop out easily.
