bought used ....had about 3weeks found the compartment , inside was the window sticker that was a real treat

 

This thread pops up every once in a while, and when it does it is just as funny as the first time I read it.

My secret compartment story is a little different than everybody else. Because I knew about the secret compartment when I bought my car to me it was not secret. But the first time I logged on here and read about the possibility that there was this secret world I had not discovered yet, (and the fact that all these threads are a bit hazy as to what everybody is talking about) I spent the next several weeks keeping my eye out for this compartment that I in fact already knew about!

 

Funny thread, I should be getting my s2k this coming Friday I think, and the secret compartment will be one of the first things I look for

 

If you guys think the secret compartment is cool, try turning the key and then pushing the red button on the dash. I've been pushing my car around for two months and, until now, was wondering why everyone thought their s2K was so special.

 

Hi All, when going to buy my 01, i looked in the boot and there was no CD stacker, So I Told the sales guy, he said there was one so i told him to go find it, after looking for 10 mins, he conceded that there was no cd player and knocked some $ off the price. 5 mins after getting my baby home i found the "secret compartment". in it was a honda 8 stacker mounted vertically. still full of good cd's. What a score!!!!!

^ Very nice...I found mine on my own, and it was empty. But I still get a kick out of reading the stories, too. I did have some help with the fuel button though. Before I took my car out for a test drive, we gassed up and the dealer guy showed me where it was.

 

are you guys talking abotu the place wehre the small glass sits? i found that out the first day.

 

That actually fits in there? I'm surprised. I thought those were always trunk-mounted. Sweet deal though!
