I just wanted to add how much this makes me laugh.

When I was arrested for recklass driving (I know, I know, don't ask..) every cop in the town I happend to be in was there. They searched my car thoroughly, and I do mean thoroughly; I watched as they spent over 10 minutes picking through my property. They never found the compartment.
