However, if you insist on doing a swap into a S2000, try starting a new trend, like maybe a LS3 swap. That would be much more likely to get you props.
^^ that's actually sort of in the works already. i've seen pictures of someone doing an LS1 into an S2K, and someone repeatedly posted in his thread saying they were already doing an LS2 into their S2K.
I have both a Turbo'd S with the S engine, and a Turbo'd S with the 2JZ so I can talk from experience.
Where do I start, The 2JZ in an S is a great concept if you want to destroy everything...in a straight line, but if you are in to twisty roads then stick with the stock engine and turbo it.
If thinking about a 2JZ then you will have to find a great shop to build it, it takes time, patience and $$$. The engine work, wiring, and tuning are incredibly time consuming and critical. If done right you can put some serious power to the ground. Yes, you can put some power to the ground with a built S engine, BUT if you try to get the same power out of the S engine that you can from the 2JZ, first of all you won't be able to, and secondly you are driving around a time bomb, ready to explode. People will disagree with me and say you can get the same power from an S engine that you can from the 2JZ, but for now I don't see any 1,200+ hp S2000's running around.
Now for the S engine, I have had a T-3/T-4 on my other S for about 3 years now with absolutely no problems at all, it has been very reliable and I absolutely love it. It has nice power and some torque, but it is so fun to drive. In my opinion it is a toss up, if you want Raw power and tons of torque then go with the 2JZ, if you reliability and fun to drive then clearly choose the S engine.
Now for the price, I was one of the people who was ripped off by Brian Proctor and Fifty Fifty Racing but I overcame all the troubles and huge financial loss from him and had a couple of good shops finish the car with the 2JZ. There are a lot of people on here that have ragged on the car because I got screwed by Fifty Fifty putting in an Auto tranny instead of the 6 speed Getrag theat I paid for, but the car will still smoke 99% of the cars on here. But, also about 99% of the cars on here will out handle it too, due to the added weight of the bigger engine. The swap has cost me $16,000 with an extra $4,000 from other shops to get it finished, and tons of problems that had to be worked out. My other S, has been outstanding, have about $12,000 in the Turbo kit, Full AEM EMS, injectors, clutch, fuel pump, tune and install yadda, yadda, yadda. Not near the power of the Aristo engine but more reliable and more fun to drive.
Your call on which one you like. Good Luck. Let the flaming begin.

I do think its awesome that you have 2 s2k's, both are very nice cars and its cool you have 2 s2000's for different purposes. Its just that most people that buy this car, already know what it was meant to do. No offense
Go to ebay and search Supra's,
you can find some NA Supra's for around the same price as you would pay for an S2K theres even a Turbo one for relatively cheap,
then theres even less work for you to worry about.

i'm looking o do a motor build with a supercharger in the next year-ish. i would much rather let some guy who thinks his 'stang is the fastest thing in the world know he just got whallopped by a 4 banger.
Hey guys I want to buy a supra and put an S2000 motor in it. does anybody know a shop that will do it for me? hahahahahahahahahaha
Ill just repeat what everyone else has said but Ill be a little meaner dont be an idiot. Pick whatever car works best for but for me an S2000 that cant handle. Is like Pamela Anderson with no boobs
