I make it a matter of policy not to drive on brakes with calipers that have had stock removed. I just don't want to risk uncovering some manufacturing defect at a particularly important moment in time.

Regarding the minimal clearance, I'd want to see how everything moved after being heated up to track temps as well.

im curious also...

in regards to the technical aspects of how the accord brakes will affect the s2k.

dont get me wrong im all for it but i would like to hear the technical side of how these calipers will affect the s2k in hard driving conditions.

the accord pads have a larger surface area and the piston is somewhat bigger-is what i understand, however would they make our cars tail end happy when undergoing heavy braking before a turn due to the fact it may be a lot more front biased than stock? if so, im sure upgraded calipers in the back would balance this scenario out or even utilizing an upgraded brake booster?

i honestly admit that im not sure how it will affect the s2k but i still would love to do this mod. could someone with technical expertise chime in?
