Default Air pump relay

this may be a dumb question. I deleted my air pump under the front driver side bumper. I also took out the relay. I purchased a bypass and installed it. Still getting p0410. Was i supposed to keep the relay and just removed the pump? I searched but didn’t find a definitive answer

If you got the Izze simulator then yes you should be able to remove the relay as well.

I used the ballade bypass. Not the same?

I have no idea, but my best guess is that they made a cheap copy of the Izze unit.

Ordered a used relay. Let’s see if that solves my problem.

Recheck your install and wiring.

I have. Like I said the original code went away. Guess I’ll check a 3rd time.

Went back and soldered everything. Worked like a charm. Connections looked solid but guess not.

Okay back again. So my battery died and I assume it’s the relay causing it. I checked with my meter and I have 12.43 volts to one of the wires with car completely off? Does this sound right? For those who have a bypass installed. The wire I’m speaking of is to the big connector not directly hooked into the ecu. Any help would be appreciated

EDIT: just checked izze website it does say it should show battery voltage.

EDIT AGAIN; problem still persists
