Intakes aren't the way to go if that's the case.
yeah i know...even in Nor Cal that doesn't rain that much...we get some nasty rains...but im 99% sure i won't hydrolock the car...but the thing with me is, i don't want to think about that and constantly dodging pot holes filled with 5" inches of water around town...

and as for the power...i know Intake will not help that much but...im looking for the most HP out of my money which would be 2 or 3... ...i was planning for a SC but...i don't think its a good idea, i might as well drop that money for down payment of another car (Evo or a STI)...so the plan is get an intake and do some serious suspension work and call it a day for this car.

My vote is the PRM... people are so concerned with it sucking up hot air blah blah blah... yeah, it will for a tiny second from a start, then once the car is moving you have all the air circulating in the engine bay, trust me even a short ram makes power WHILE YOU'RE MOVING... intake testing is pretty pointless on a dyno because you cannot simulate air traveling into the engine bay at a certain MPH.
