Anyone had problems with T1R D/Shaft Spacers?

i use T1R race drive-shaft spacers, I just recently came back from a track day and when i arrived home I could hear something from underneath the car but didn't look into it, prior to the track day 2 days before I was doing some freeway tuning and felt a lot of vibration coming from the rear but just having done an alignment and balance I thought it may have just been my rim as I got stuck into a ditch not long ago and did some inner rim damage, I took the car out last night and while I was driving I could hear rattling and bits falling off the car, I stopped had a look couldn't see anything, this morning I woke up to go to work I found a driveshaft screw in my driveway behind my car, put it into reverse no go, put it in first no go the car just sat there and revved, so I jacked up the car and found all six bolts from the right rear driveshaft spacer had come off... I had just made it home with 1 bolt which came off as I entered my garage...
So I want to know did my bolts come off due to the vibration or the vibration was caused due the bolts being loose because they're cheap bolts ? the bolt just looks like any other bolt nothing special about it..
So im thinking of going to a hardware store and getting something a little better in quality.

The property class identification is 12.9, you can see this on the top of the bolt. The Proof Load Stress is 970MPA, the Tensile Yield Strength min. 1100MPA and the Tensile Ultimate Strength is min. 1220MPA.
The flange nut is made out of SUS stainless steel 12-70 so if you run a search online to check and you will know that we did not cheap out any material. The only reason that I could think of were the bolts weren't bolted down properly or evenly so under vibration it will go loose.

now that im the guy from the original t1r half shaft spacer broken thread...
for everyone's information,
i had 2 sets, both new, both broken off with 6 month and couple of track days...
blue/ red loctite, washers, safety wire... whatever u can imagine i tried!
trust me, just drop them, or ull end up spending more fixing. period
btw, i still have the 2nd set, any dare devil pm me and 40 bucks picked up its urs to give it a try!!

If you have a good look at the oem bolt its got a non threaded section which goes throu the holes and then a threaded section for the nut.
My bolts came lose and ive replaced them with 10mm bolts and some loctite ive been to a track day and its been fine.
J's racing spacers are the way to go, as they have a 10mm non threaded bolt and threaded section for the nut like oem.
