where is your dealer ordering it from?? they can manufacture over 100 cars a day, do you really think 1 lsd would take over a week to produce?

when honda changes a part they change the part number and its pretty easy to find out if that part number has been superseded.. in this case there is no evidence of this.


buy a quaife, you will need the lifetime warranty.

and the 1/2shafts dont go into the LSD, they bolt to the output flanges.

they do not have spare lsd's if you order one, they have to make it. and order it from the honda factory. you cannot find a dealer that has a spare lsd.
If most dealers don't stock LSD's, that should tell you it's an uncommon occurrence to have to replace them. (Even with all the folks that have wider and heavier than OEM wheels and tires.)
