Default AP2 Headlights

Just to be clear: Do I need to get anything aside from the headlamps themselves? Like ballasts or bulbs or anything? I'm pretty sure there was a DIY that said you can modify it yourself to make everything fit... I just want to be sure before I buy headlights that don't come with any of that... Thanks!

I believe you can use the ones already on your car.

you just have to re-wire the ballast.

I have an aftermarket HID kit on mine and it works perfectly fine. But i had AP1 ballast set up to it before.

AP1 ballasts don't fit the AP2 headlights. The hole that the wires go through is different. But you can trim it to work. Definitely requires cutting.
