Ap2 OEM rear wing "template"
I am in the process of buying a USED Ap2 OEM rear wing. The seller misplaced/ lost the OEM hardware and doesn't have the template. I found the Honda part numbers for the hardware, now all I need is the template. Pretty sure u only get it when u purchase the wing brand new. Anyone have one laying around?
all I can suggest is that you use those donut band aid thingies that people use for foot corns - see drug store. One side is sticky and has a removaeable label type of covering, and they are the shape of a donut. Put the corn band aid thing on the bottom of the spoiler with the non-sticky side over the mounting hole that you want to drill out, use a bit of silicone sealant just so it holds it in place. Then peel off the removeable label from the sticky side and try to place the spoiler where you want to mount it on the trunk, once it touches the trunk the sticky corn band aid thingies will stick to the trunk, pull off the spoiler and you will have your drilling points. If you aren't happy with the location that you selected try it again until you are happy with the orientation. Use a drill to drill the holes out. I used this method to put on my oem trunk lip, worked like a charm.
