lol! too bad, i just put in my stoptech SS brakelines (which i just tested a few moments ago and i still have problems with) or those rotoras sound like a deal

The stock calipers are single piston all the way around. The stock rotors are more than enough unless you're running a shit load of power. I ran road america last year for a 45min to an hour at a time with no sign of brake fade. I had EBC Yellow track pads as my only brake mod. I run OEMs for the street...and even those were impressive on the first track day I took the car on.
It's a fairly lightweight car with very very very good braking bias and pretty large rotors. Consider that the first gen NSX came with rotors about an inch smaller.

Just do your own brakes some time.
I have an '06 with stock brakes all around.
If you have stock brakes, you'll see that you have only one piston and a sliding caliper. There are no pistons on the outer side of the brake calipers, and that much is plainly visible on any S2000 through the wheel spokes. One piston per wheel, sorry.
I don't need an article from a rice mag to prove something I can go see for myself.
If your car has 4-piston brakes up front and 2-piston brakes in the rear, then you do not have stock brakes.
