Modding for power vs. fuel economy
What are some mods for teh s2000 that wont rape fuel economy? 
I do not own a S2000 yet, but am planning on buying one later, and currently I am saving up for mods. I have heard a supercharger just kills fuel mileage, as do turbos (large ones?).
The EPA estimates for fuel mileage on teh S2k are 20/25 or something along thjose lines. But constantly I hear of people getting 27 mpg or higher.
What are mods that can Improve performance while also keeping fuel economy the same/increasing it?

1. Fujita F5 Cold Air Intake
2. Any Exhaust (Dual or Single) That Is Lighter Than Stock
3. Okada Project Coil Packs? (Can Someone Elaborate On This?)
4. Hardtop (Decreases The Drag Coefficient)
5. Bucket Seats (Lighter Than Stock)

well alot of people with superchargers have had the same or better gas mileage to if they drive like they did when it was stock. But you have to realize people when they get superchargers and turbos love when the car is in Boost so that does kill gas. There is no reason not to be geting a good crusing highway gas mileage even with a turbo or supercharger.

anything you can do within reason to make the car lighter (weigh less) will make it faster and give you better gas mileage although neither may be noticable depending on what you do

Intakes typically should yied a 2-3mpg bump. I got 20 miles more on my last tank with the intake. Not a bad trade off for increased mpg, great sound and some power gain.
as for lightening the load of the car, i'd imagine it'd only help if you lost ALOT of weight...

i have a supercharger, 4.77s (consistently revving higher than stock), exhaust, header, test pipe, and i'm still getting ~210 miles per tank. and i drive the car pretty hard on a daily basis.
