It's obvious you're just bashing every other exhaust as an attempt to promote the Milltek exhaust.

He's not joking I too just got a berk 63mm HFC and it leaks like crazy where it meets the stock exhaust. I'm going to have to call them and see if i can get a replacement.

I've tried everything from other gaskets to retorqing after cooling down and it just won't seem to go away

I've always had good experiences with brian over there, and will continue to support their products. i had an issue with a product i bought second hand, and he still went out of his way to support the product. I've bought both new and used berk products with success.

Bought a header from berk, didnt fit well and rubbed on the frame of the car. Sent it back and ended up waiting nearly a year later (11 months to be exact) for a replacement. Kept getting they'll be ready next week/month over and over. Stay away from Berk products if you can. Customer support is fairly poor.

That was how I felt before, and was rather surprised at his rather nonchalant response, which essentially said this is what you get. It's going on tonight or tomorrow morning so we'll see if it leaks. Hope not!

I am not promoting anything in this thread except for manufacturers to own up to what they say and for them to produce better products. I did not suggest to the OP to purchase anything but rather try to get a refund if he was not happy. You don't see me going around bashing on Hytech or Toda

Well maybe you should since that seems to be your specialty. Here's a Toda test pipe, not welded on the inside.....guess they need to own up for making junk right?

You were called out on the same thing here by Gigby in this thread.

You've posted in 2 threads bashing the product in that thread, this one and the one I linked above. You've linked the milltek exhaust in two threads from members asking about what exhaust to get.

This link you're looking for a test car for Mann Engineering. Even in this thread you claim other companies get there stuff from China and are junk.

Mann Engineering is the same company selling the milltek exhaust (link below). You even say in one post, you're not allowed to say specifics about the materials. Seems like your affiliated in some way. Anyone that has a negative thing to say you ask for their credentials or how they came to such conclusion but still discredit them once they provide able proof.

Surely you're not serious?

I will reply to your Toda (couldn't find a good detailed image) and Gigdy's (not Gigdy's thread by the way just his post) in one reply. I didn't want to reply to Gigdy because he is a mod (got too disappoint to even care) and I really expected mods to know better. See here Compare J's (not a fan), Forcewerkz, and the Berk tell me you don't see a better fit of the pipe to the flange with minimum edge on the J's although it's not welded?

That single exit exhaust/ Quiet 70mm Single thread - I noticed that he was located in the UK so maybe he might be more interested in the Milltek (UK comapny). Plus he asked for opinions (clearly stated in the title) which I gave him another option. All I did was post a link and didn't bash on anything there. jst2878 also commented on that first UK thread recommending the Milltek.

The other replies were to request a car for test fitment. All we wanted was to fit the exhaust check for clearance and sound issues then report to the manufacturer if there were any defect. Then people started asking for compensation which I find stupid when you outright ask for it. I think TougeHorseman agreed.

Since Redline S2K wanted to drag this into the Milltek review thread. I might as well link you guys how a company should handle defects and not try to sell them another another at 50% discount or bush customers off indicating they didn't know anything.
