Berk Technology High Flow Cat - Metallic Substrate
Would I need to have the car tuned after adding this with the SC?

Yes. These metallic core cats are perfect for forced induction. Relentless Autosports just pushed over 500 rwhp through our cats on one of their twin turbo G35's. Same cat core, different car, but you get the picture. That G35 will be shipped back to Germany soon but I'm sure it'll do it's own round of media appearances here in the states first.

These cells aren't cell's in the traditional sense. But I'd have to guesstimate them at ~150 cell vs. the 400 cell that you see in the picture. Take a look at the side by side picture in the very first post.
