Got my S2000 a couple months ago and looking to do some of the recommended maintenance on it! One of which is the TCT, hoping to get ahold of Billman250 as that’s what I hear everyone recommending for that! So here’s to hoping he gets this! Feel free to respond with other recommendations. Doing pretty basic things right now, fluids, spark plugs, ignition coils, but I am looking for a stock air filter set up if anyone has one. It’s a 2001 with 94k miles.

You have to wait a period of time after joining (2 weeks?) before you can PM Billman directly for the TCT. PM him directly is how you start the process of purchasing his TCT.

yup I know, was also told sometimes if you post he may send you a PM to avoid the waiting period so thought I’d try while I wait regardless.

 

Nope, software doesn’t work that way. Only way to remove the 2 week probation is to become a paid member.

 

Does your current TCT rattle? Talk to Billman about whether or not he recommends replacing your TCT if it's not rattling now.

Fluids and plugs is a good start. Don't forget the clutch and brake fluid flush. Assuming nothing else is broken, that's really all you need.

AP2 valve retainers/keepers are good insurance.
