The PSS9's are the same for all years of S2000's, right? Same part numbers and all? I was looking these up on tirerack and it only listed them for AP1's.

What are you looking to acheive by increasing the spring rate? I would drive them for awhile before screwing with the spring rates of the Bilstein-designed system. Bilstein is one of the most renowned suspension manufacturers in the world... they matched the dampers they did with the springs they did for a reason...they perform together.

If you're looking for high spring rates for no reason, you should look at Teins.
I DO NOT speak from experience, but from other "owners" of these coilovers. when you start to run R compound tires, pss9 starts to become the weakest link.

If in future you want some growth in you suspension without having to go up a step, do you have the ability to increase spring rates?

Anyone?

There was somebody on here in the R&C forum who races with PSS9's. I believe he added stiffer Swift springs to his coilovers.

I have an AP2 with PSS9's. They are NOT the same as the AP2 suspension, not even close...

I think this is the coilover I am going to go with. For driving comfort (for my wife) I think the PSS9 is my best and highest quality option.
How much of a PITA is it to adjust the drivers rear?

You cant see it while adjusting, but its not hard at all. You can feel the clicks, so you just count them off.

Sweet, I was worried about how difficult it was to get your hand in there.

Just installed mine over the weekend. Lower stance and smooth ride. Just waiting for the cornerbalance and alignment before I push it.
