...so because the government pollutes, you can pollute? If you agree that pollution is a problem, then why add to it?

Taking off your cat saves...what? 1mpg? You think that negates all the toxic fumes that your car puts off without a cat? Why do car manufacturers install cats to reduce harmful emissions if the trade off wasn't worth it? Are you insane?
What im saying is, if your going to waste your time and energy trying to change people, go after those who are really hurting the environment and wasting our natural resources not a group of people who pride themselves in owning a car that sounds better than almost any other car ever produced especially with the cat off

ps
The more mpg you get, the less gas your burning, hence less pollution.

Why do car manufacturers install cats? same reason they put mufflers on, thick and restrictive air boxes, low cam profilings... must i go on? O and for mandatory emissions =P
