You're in south florida though, is there even smog there? I don't really consider going catless so much of a global problem, but it can impact certain local environments seriously.

I expect many people to not give a shit. Hell, doesn't 25% of the country smoke? But that is why people must be governed with guns and not reason.

So you buncha jackoffs that think taking the cat off your car is bad why dont you get a clue and start getting pissed off at the real institutions that hurt the environment ... like our beloved wasteful government. I cant believe your still argueing over all this nonsense. O and lets think here, its a proven fact that keeping the cat on your car gives you less MPG so if anything its an even trade off. Bite on some of those 2 cents tree huggers

...so because the government pollutes, you can pollute? If you agree that pollution is a problem, then why add to it?

Taking off your cat saves...what? 1mpg? You think that negates all the toxic fumes that your car puts off without a cat? Why do car manufacturers install cats to reduce harmful emissions if the trade off wasn't worth it? Are you insane?

Do you have the ability to actually answer any of those questions and still hold up your argument?

Because they are required to. They don't have a choice.
