Default CEL because of tp with CEL fix

I just put in an invidia 70mm tp with the CEL o2 sensor fix and it threw the code 0420 which is for the catlyitic converter. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if there is a way to fix it, thanks.

I don't think thats the problem because the code is not for the O2 sensor it's for the cat

You don't have a cat anymore man, so it will throw that code when you no longer have it. Some of our cars still throw the CEL even with the fix. Get some of those O2 simulators and it should fix your problem.

The "Cat CEL" is because the secondary o2 sees too much CO (?) and other "bad" gasses that the catalytic converter is supposed to convert. Pulling the secondary O2 a little further back makes the ECU "think" the catalytic converter is still there.

the CEL fix SHOULD & will work if you do it right. You have the AP1, not the DBW AP2 so the ECU is a little less sensitive, like mine.
