Cheaper alternative to BBK?
the RL calipers are huge... way bigger than the tl-s brembos... im trying to fab up a bracket now with my RL calipers
not exactly a simple projects... and finding the rotors was a challenge within itself
hopefully i will have something working by spring


and for anyone who is interested in this swap and likes a little reading

I still think the '06 Accord calipers in the link I provided above would yield more "bang for the buck." Custom fabrication of brackets seems like a pretty ominous task for the average Joe, which is why companies like fastbrakes make tons of money. They offer universal calipers with adaptor brackets and charge double their expense.
I'll admit I haven't bothered to look at the threads provided by Kevo but I'd also be concerned about the ability of the master cylinder if you went too big. I don't have expertise here, but its worth thinking about.
A direct bolt-on upgrade with the Accord bits makes much more sense and has been reviewed highly by the guy who came up with it. Caliper & hardware are only $116/ea. Add the cost of some good pads and you have what is purported to be an excellent upgrade for $300ish.
Food for thought.

how much of an upgrade are you getting with the accord calipers... its the same style of caliper with a larger pad you would benefit more from brake pads, lines and fluid... which is im sure where the op of the accord thread saw most of his improvement... not worth it even for 100 imho...
so far i have less than $400 into what im doing and in making the brackets myself then i will have a 4 piston brembo style caliper

What can I say? I guess I'm just a fan of bolt-on performance that doesn't require a lot of fabrication or ramp-up time. I've done my fair share of custom work and find myself leaning towards the easiest solution these days. I'd rather be able to buy something new online then chase down used bits and pieces. I'm not even convinced that the brakes on our cars need upgrading, but I'm interested in seeing what everyone is trying.
I'd be interested in seeing a side by side comparison of your pads vs stock s2k pads.

The S2000 uses a 11.8 inch Rotor which is 1 Inch thick.
The WIL-120-6805 is the 4-Piston Dynalite Caliper for a 1 inch thick rotor. (PartsHelper's kit brings a .81 inch thick rotor and comes with WIL-120-6806.)
The WIL-220-6860 is the Acura RSX Brake Lines for the Caliper (Included in PartsHelper's Kit)
