How does the ABS system act while using the Wilwood 4-piston calipers?

so for the wilwood kit with wilwood rotor, what's the correct part # for the hat? 140-7014 or 170-8589?

Do I have these installed yet? No I sure don't but let me give you a run down.

The S2000 uses a 11.8 inch Rotor which is 1 Inch thick.

The WIL-120-6805 is the 4-Piston Dynalite Caliper for a 1 inch thick rotor. (PartsHelper's kit brings a .81 inch thick rotor and comes with WIL-120-6806.)

The WIL-220-6860 is the Acura RSX Brake Lines for the Caliper (Included in PartsHelper's Kit)

The WIL-250-6289 is the mounting bracket for the RSX Wilwood Kit (Included in PartsHelper's Kit) and, as previously stated in this thread, the S2000 and RSX have the same mount for the brakes.

And WIL-15B-3991K is the PolyMatrix B Compound brake pad which are my choice but you could go with the BP10 which come with PartsHelper's Kit.

The difference from PartsHelper's kit and the DIY kit is for $400 less you get the different Dynalite Caliper which will work for the stock rotor (not caliper as I said before).

So, to recap, all we did was replace the Dynalite Caliper so that it would fit the S2000's stock rotor. With the extra $400 you can get a decent set of Rotors from TireRack.

BTW, if you STILL don't believe me. I wasn't the first to do this.

Parts helpers' kit uses 12.2" rotors, vs 11.9, there are at least 20% of the pad have no contact with stock rotors.

Are the Partshelper rotors still only .81" thick? I don't think it would be better to have a slighly larger diameter versus a thicker rotor when it comes to the stresses of tracking the S. Cracked rotors are pretty common.
