I want to put a new clutch on my 2002 s2000 would it be better to get stage one or stage two

Obviously your a new guy. Use the search button or try Google. If you Google "best clutch for s2000", there will be alot of threads about the act pressure plate, oem disc, oem throwout bearing, ap1 flywheel. This has been covered plenty of times.

Honda OEM from a Honda dealership
The only exceptions to that is the flywheel, get whatever you want.and the ACT HD pressure plate

And Honda OEM is NOT the garbage "oem" that Exedy makes
