Coilover popping noise?!
I recently purchased a used set of A'PEX-i N1 EXV coilovers that had no more than 5-10k miles on them and even looked really clean and new. However, one of them makes an annoying popping sound every now and then. It makes it when I'm driving straight, slowing down, making a turn... it's sporadic and I can't pinpoint it. It's on my right side and I believe the rear but it's also hard to pinpoint the sound. I checked my installation job and everything is nice and tight and installed correctly. There seems to be no effect on performance but it's pretty annoying, especially when it sounds like something is bumping against my car every 5 minutes. It doesn't seem to make the sound when I'm on the freeway though, mainly surface streets.
Has anyone ever experienced anything like this or know a few areas I could check to resolve this? If the coilover is defective, is APEX good about replacing it?

Oops I just realized I posted this in the wrong section. Should this be moved to the technical section? If so, can you move this thread please?
