Coilover popping sound
I just bought used buddyclub n+ coilovers with less than 10k miles. The preloading and install went smoothly with 1 finger gap all around. But when I drove it out, I started hearing metallic popping noises when driving under 30 mph, and randomly. On freeways, the sound doesn't occur. I even tried going over rough patches on the freeway but no popping sounds. I cant pinpoint what makes it pop it is just random at slow speeds. The ride feels great, the springs do not clunk. I have searched the site and there seems to be no solution. This also happens on other vehicles. I made sure everything was tightened. I haven't got an alignment yet so that is the only issue i can isolate. Anyone ever have this problem and solved it?

Maybe maybe not, but check the torque on your rear end... I've heard factory torque them to like 180 and they need to be more like 240. Does it do it most when going from reverse to forward or vise versa? Or at lower speeds when cornering, etc. Sounds like a crink/pop type of noise right?

It occurs going forward and reverse. Slow speeds. Seems like when the body flexes more it makes that metallic pop sound like someone is hitting metal lightly with a wrench, or when a bolt skips a thread.
spook - I will retighten my sway end links. It should be torqued with weight on it right?

ok solved. it was the sway end links. i tried tightening it while the car was off the jacks, it kept spinning. so i raised it up and then it torqued down properly. I overlooked one bolt. Funny thing is, i didn't even touch the end links for the coilover install. it didn't give me a problem til i installed them. Thanks for the help guys.
