i dont think it does anything on a purpose built sports car like the S. look at the engine bay tub, what could a strut bar possibly add? maybe it does something on the Type R but...

I tend to agree, I think it may make a vary minimal amount of difference on a car built like the S, like maybe less then 5 percent or less increase rigidity (don't quote me as i'm guessing). Will you notice it probaly not but it looks good . I'd probaly just pick up a used one, they come up board often insteady of paying 200+

Like I said, I cant say that it does anything noticeable, but ANY support will make it stiffer - just %wise, does it make sense...

Adding the STB will definately make it stiffer, but how much % does the stiffness increase?? thats the point.
