Default Copolymer S2000 Sphere - Shift Knob

Hello All,

Any one has any experience or info on these knobs for the S? Major concern is if these are countersunk... here is the link: Copolymer S2000 Sphere

Any input would be great if these are countersunk or not... thanks in advance!

lighter and shorter knob sounds like a combo for notchy shifting...um..superior mechanical driving dynamic sensation in marketing term.

I bought one of these right after I got my S. I had one in my WRX, and liked it a lot there, but it just doesn't work in the S. It's way too light, and combined with the lost leverage due to the knob being countersunk the shifting is way too notchy for my tastes. I ended up getting rid of it and bought a Zanardi replica from SOS, and I couldn't be happier with my shifting.
