The heaviest knobs I've found so far would be the TWM stainless steel knobs. They cost about $90 and weigh a good pound.

Because I occasionally grind second and third, and recently I started using a the skunk 2 shift knob and I noticed since its heavier, the shifts are smoother, but I still get the clunk and grinds when shifting. So would a heavier shift knob further improve the shifting feel?
