I ordered a T1R T182R Titanium Shift Knob 2 days ago, we'll see how it feels when I get it.

I think it'd help. The TWM knob weighs about the same as the Skunk 2 knob but is countersunk. From my experience, the countersunk alluminum VooDoo knob felt less knotchy than the noncountersunk oem knob on my AP2 despite it being 60 grams or so lighter.
To clarify your post, is the TWM shift knob countersunk or the Skunk2? I sent TWM an email just now asking if there's was, and by how much.

I currently have the Muz countersunk knob and with the cold weather it's just getting way too notchy. I'm back to stock for now, but I'm interested in picking up one of these beefy 400+ gram knobs.

The Skunk 2 knob is knob isn't countersunk but the TWM knob is. I actually found a picture of the knob installed in somebody's car a while back. I'll dig it up in a second.

Here's the picture of the TWM knob I found in the shift knob gallery thread.

Looks good, thanks. I'm trying to decide between the TWM A6 Leopard, the TWM Type R, or the ARC Egg shape now I think.

after all this reading, i found a pearl aluminum voodoo shifter in the for sale forum. i picked it up to see what all the hubbub is about. if i do like it, i may have to save my pennies for a titanium one with either BAMF or the 6 speed stuff engraved on it.

I put an order in for a TWM shift knob. They are height adjustable so if they are too low for your at minimum height just raise the height up. To me it looks like you can't go wrong with one of their countersunk weighted shift knobs.
Which one did you order? I'm leaving towards the Type R (I still like the oblong shape over the round Muz), but I can't decide which finish/color.

The M1 Abrams. I think the spherical style will be real nice. I have felt one in a SC mk1 mr2 and it was really an awesome feel.

I have the T1R B Max.

At first the smaller size looked strange, but now I'm used to it.

Shifts are shorten quite a bit.
is the B-Max a heavy ti knob, or one of the superlight ones?
