differential gear for ap2 na
Ok, it really give the same gain than the 4.44 gear? How much time to install?
Just did the math using the carbonetic gear (not using the advertised 8% reduction) and it works out to 4.28 effectively in a AP2.
Depending what tools you have available to you, I think most people should be able to complete this in 2-3 hours.
Still if you have an AP2 and don't need to swap the secondary shaft, $275 is pretty cheap for a 5% gear reduction.

Why not go with a final drive reduction? You can do it with the trans still in the car! 8% reduction on a stock AP2 is effectively like a 4.43 diff. Cheaper too!

What you think of this on my ap2? https://www.kingmotorsports.com/p-40...rive-sets.aspx
Not with diff gear, i want to avoid to change differential gear. Do i need to remove the transmission to install it or i can simply install it in place, what time to install it and do i need to replace the bearings?
Ever put a diff together? Not to scare you, but if you don't align it correctly, you'll have issues. That being said, I think everyones prior posts cover the benefits of this upgrade.
