Looks like those graphic guages are too busy, but when you simplify them, the display looks good. Clean, readable, and great contrast.

How simple was the wiring installation? Or should I ask, beside the O2 sensor, how/where did the rest hook up?

Updated pics on dash with (much better) mounts:
Don't mind the cable dangling, it's not in it's final place.

And this is how it would look like at the end when I use the AEM EMS, this is for carrera4. Btw, I don't think there's enough room on the dash bracket if you're planning to use the holes on the bracket. (there was less than an inch space between the dash and DashDAQ. But since I will be using a magnet to mount the unit, I can fit it on a 3" dash bracket.

Carrera4, if you want to trade your 3" for my 4" dash bracket, LMK.

This is close to how it would look like connected directly into the dash bracket:

Sweet. I have to figure out sensors before I buy this thing, will probably be awhile. So it looks like I need to use a 4".

That is a neat placement in the s2k sarek. However it will be difficult to see warnings during driving or racing. BTW what kind of visual warning do you get? Does the screen flash or anything like that?
