Default Drilling of APR splitter for brackets

Hi,

I just got myself an APR splitter and am about to mount a turnbuckle support to my subframe. I would need to drill holes in the splitter but I want to ask other APR owners who have drilled the splitter to seek their opinion/ideas on how it would be best to mount this.

I don't have one myself, but I'd likely use a Unibit. Less chance of splitting the CF I would think.

I just dirlled it with a high speed drill bit. The hole is not large, and the splitter is thick.

But before you drill, be sure the mouting locations on the bumper you can get to and they (the supports) are still long enough.

i was planning to skip the front extension bars and just use the turnbuckle supports on the sides/middle.

Would the splitter flex too much in the front?
