As long as your happy with what you got, then its all good. Ive been looking into that ebay header also. I bought some things off ebay and was suprised and impressed with what I got.
i think your dyno is fine.
just missing a control dyno
i might buy an ebay header and do back to back dynos.
depends if i get this new job.....and if it pays as well as i hope.

get the gears you'll love'em. the only people who dont like gears are the people who dont have them.
May I suggest a ratio a bit more competitively balanced, say 4.30 - 4.44
Your at 220whp. I think you will find the 4.57 limiting once you get out of the dig. This is coming from someone who has run all but the 4.77 and at this point its not necessary to do so. I figured out what works best for overall performance. But not to get to far off topic.

i have a 4.56 on my03 and 4.44 on my06...
gears are the best mod ever...
Okay, I hear all the time that a header without a heat cover, hot jet coating or header wrap will make it very hot under the hood. How true is this in the S2k with only minor mods and no FI under normal conditions? Is it that bad?
