definitely, i read somewhere on here stock exh weighs like 55lbs or something ridiculous... if i put an exhaust on this thing it would be for weight alone.. stock exh looks great imo
It's pretty damn heavy for sure. My box with header, high flow cat, and cat back weighed prolly 10 pounds lighter than the OEM exhaust.
i weighed my buick before i started taking parts off at a local calibrated truck stop and i weighed the parts i took off, with a full tank of gas it weighed 3125lbs. 18gallons of gas = 108lbs @ 6lbs per gallon meaning the car weighed 3017lbs without fuel. i took another 25lbs off the car by removing the heater hoses and what not so now i'm under 3,000lbs
if i took the exhaust off my honda, yes, i would weigh it to double check as i dont remember where i read that.. but first i'd go to the truck stop and have them weigh my car before hand with a full tank of gas and know its dry weight is that number minus 79.2lbs. i do plan on throwing a PC680 on it as well.
i log everything, ex: the oem IS350 18s i put on my lexus were 24lbs each, tires were 20lbs, 44lbs each for the rears, the oem craptastic tires and wheels were 38lbs, so i kinda hated that although it made the car look great, i added about 20lbs to the car (not to mention its rotational mass)
im pretty detailed when it comes to this shit, which is why im intolerant of "i think ___" or "it feels ___"
