when there isnt proof? there should NEVER be no proof.

who the hell bothers spending the money to design, produce, market and sell a part without knowing its going to make power?

people like you are the reason all these shit ass parts exist... OMG like its SPOON! its HKS! its ____ ITS GOT TO BE AWESOME.. JDM TyT3 y0!

...and then you buy it because its a popular name... you want to slap that sticker on your fender.

its obvious you're not well versed in the car scene.... every other car forum i've ever been on had hard evidence of power gains for anything put up for sale...

companies that make pretty parts that lose power (or gain none) would go nowhere. those parts would NEVER become popular and anyone trying to support them would be laughed out of the scene.

lol, good luck kid

There are many cases of products not being proven buddy... And of course there should never be no proof, Captian Obvious. To tell you the truth, I only believe testing that the manufacturers or retailers do themselves. There are many people out their taht say they got gains on the dyno without really hitting the dyno. But if there were always proof for a part, then we would live in a perfect world, wouldn't we?

Hahahaha, wow, a lot of companies actually spend money to design produce and market parts that THEY KNOW are . Take the T1R Fuel Ionizer for example. Making products like that is just another way of getting easy money because they know people out there are going to buy it even if it is useless. And that is all just part of the business, like it or not.

Yeah you are so right! I'm the reason parts exist.

Just to let you know, I'm not a JDM Freak who buys just because it is a JDM Brand. And when there is a new product that seems too good to be true, if I think it's worth the time, then I will research about it. That is what I did when I heard of Pulstar Plugs. Way to go saying I am the reason these parts exist when you have no clue on what my outlook on different products is. Anyway, when did I ever say that getting parts from a JDM company will always be good just because it is JDM? That's what I thought, I didn't. You fail for making no sense.

Ummm, HKS made the Hi Power and it has had many negative results. Are you telling me HKS has gone nowhere? So are you saying that Nobuteru Taniguchi (NOB) is laughed out of the scene because he set one of the fastest lap times ever at Buttonwillow with the HKS Evo? No, he is a highly respected driver. The truth is, YOU are the one getting laughed at.

Haha, yeah that's right you just go told buddy. You can leave the thread now.

not all cars are the same sweetie... baselines are going to vary and i'm not sure where you got the impression I was nosey to see what you've done to your car, keke.

this brings us to the tornado, why would i bother? the point of the product is to swirl the intake charge, right? well you put the damn thing in the intake tube after the filter, the charge is swirled and then once it goes through the tb butterfly its straightened right back out, then it crams itself into the intake and flow gets all goofy from there. if the intake ports in the head are designed right THATS where you get your swirl.

common sense prevails! whee!

Show me one person that has felt gains from a tornado on their S.

I don't know if you were under the impression that we are telling you that tornados are good and decided to write a paragraph on why they wouldn't work, but we are not telling you to get a tornado. All of us here know they are bullsh!t buddy. Even if people have said that they have felt gains from one on their S, we won't even look in to it because we, like you said, use logic and know that their function is useless.

i'm sure we all know that to properly acknowledge a gain, a baseline dyno and a post-install dyno is necessary to evaluate the performance. that is a fact and let's leave it at that.
