Default Electrical interference, any way to fix this?

Hi all,

I recently got some LED/CREE indicator bulbs for the rear of the car, knowing that they would cause issues i brought 2 resistors for them. However since then I am getting static on the radio when I indicate, I am not getting it when I am playing music through my phone on my aux connection, I also get a quick buzz of static when I press the boot release button in the glove box.

Does anyone else have this problem? I know a lot of people think they are a waste of time but would a grounding kit fix this?

Thanks
