Hi Guys
I had my 2008 S2000 since last production and now since the warantee is out i am planning to upgrade it a bit

i just want to add good 20 to 30 HP just for fun
I was told LAP 57 are the best for s2k
now as for which parts to install i was told Mugen is best and then spoon and then i heard about TODA
im not really a pro in these things so any suggestion?
I want to change the full Exaust system, air filter system and mabe tune it

Well, first off, how much are you willing to spend? You say you want to change out your intake (I'm assuming you only want a CAI, and not a bigger TB and IM as well), you want to install a FULL aftermarket exhaust (which I read as headers + catback), and you want to tune it.
As far as the cat-back is concerned, there are quite a few to choose from. As far as I've personally seen, the T1R 70 EM Sparrow dual exhaust offers the most HP gained.

Other people will have different opinions. Alot of what people like/dislike about the different exhausts is their tone and whether or not they drone. So, don't expect to get a definitive answer as to which is the absolute best.

Singles have the reputation for producing a small amount of additional power over a dual. They are also a bit cheaper, and lighter. So from a functional standpoint, a high performance single is great. However singles look funky with a rear bumper that was designed for a dual. You wind up with one empty exhaust outlet. Singles are also generally louder than duals. The highest performing singles (large diameter piping) are also the loudest. There are some truly obnoxiously loud single exhaust systems for this car. Buyer beware. The Nvidia Q300 is about the only single I could stand, personally.
As for the exhaust, headers are a mixed bag. Most headers under $1000 are garbage and produce NO additional power. About all they give you is bling and vastly increased underhood temperatures. The best header out there is from Hytech and it's $1500. Due to the lenght of the header, it also forces you to use their test pipe - which means it won't be street legal. My opinion: leave the header stock.
As for the catalytic converter, my advice would be to get a high flow cat over a test pipe. This will give you nearly all the benefit of a test pipe, but also keep you street legal and keep the stinky exhaust smell down. Berk makes a great HFC.
You're almost certainly going to have to tune this car to make good gains. Tuning VASTLY increases the power from modifications and really makes a huge difference in the overall powerband of the car. Without it you are leaving a LOT of power on the table from your other modifications. I consider this the most important modification you can make, to be honest.
So in summary, this is what I would recommend:
Intake: K&N FIPK
Cat: Berk high flow cat
Exhaust: Invidia Q300 single
Tune: Hondata Flashpro

waw thats great info guys thank you
unfortunately in dubai the tuning garages are not as widely popular as the US to i only have one garage which is LAP 57 specialized with Honda
as for the spending i dont really mind since i will do it step by step
most important thing for me is not to affect the engine lifetime and keep the can for daily use ias i love driving it every day and it has to be street legal
so after some research here is what i think to do as a first step
[list=1]
Intake to K&N FIPK (here do you mean only carlage and keep the original box or change the whole thing including the pipe?
the catalizer from the cat back first and then mabe change the catback at a later stage
tuning i will take your advise with the Hondata Flashpro
how much HP should this give me
I know some questions are not that complicated im not really into this yet so bare with me
