i dont know about 30 minutes.. i dont think you guys are counting prep time (ie: jacking up the car, gathering tools, etc.) and even then that seems kinda exaggerated. depending on the exhaust i would say give your self at least 1.5-2 hours as you wont be familiar with everything.

Buy a can of PB blaster and a can of silicone spray. Take your time with the cat bolts as they may be rusted pretty good. Spray them with the PB blaster and let them saok for a good 15 minutes. Back thme out carefuly - if you hit sresisttance then soak them some more with the PB blaster. Use the silicone spray on the hangers and they should slide off with ease (mine did).

Took me 40 minutes to replace the OEM exhaust of my previous MCB S2K with the Invidia. Its a piece of cake.

Use anti-seiz on the bolts when putting it on. It makes a world of difference if you ever have to remove a bolt down the road.

First time it will take you about 2 hours only cause you want to be careful and dont know exactly what to do. I did it last Sunday but if i were to do it again I would be able to do it in 1 hour. Use dw-40 for the rubber hangers and they will slip right off.

I have access to a lift. 10 seconds to lift it up, and tools are all on the wall of the garage ready to go. Lift does help a bit with that, i should have mentioned that before with the 30 minute time figure I gave. Either way it doesnt take long at all.

I've done the exhaust removal\install process quite a few times on my car and unless you run into some issues (stuck bolt, fitment issues) the whole process shouldn't take no more than an hour. Key thing is to spray generous amounts of liquid wrench or WD40 on the cat bolts the night before and spray liquid wrench on the exhaust hangers (avoid WD40 on rubber parts if you can). Another help full tool would be a floor jack, preferably two if you're doing the install all by yourself. The jacks will come in handy when removing and installing the exhausts.
