Exhaust installation
You said two jackstands and two jacks???? I hate to be the voice of reason, but get four jackstands and play it safe if you are planning on lifting the whole car... jacks are designed to hold the car up but can be risky if holding it up for hours

ya, the amount of time it takes to change depends on how long it takes for the hangers. You can take some dish soap or KY and lube up the hanger and then move the rubber hanger back and forth some to get it worked in a little which wil make the hanger slip out of the hole more easily. First exhaust I did took 30 mins to get off and 20 mins to get on, but i had air tools to speed the process up. Now days I can do them in about 30 minutes total if i dont run into any snags. Good luck man.

Mine took a little over 1 hour, only because the cat bolts were stuck bad. I was wrenching the nuts off and they decided to take the threads with them! I had to go out and find new nuts with the same thread size/pitch and a die to clean up the threads on the studs.
I also had trouble initially, with the hangers, only because I didn't have anyone to lift up on the front of the exhaust. A sawz-all to the exhaust pipe took care of that problem.
It took me about 35 minutes to take off my stock AP1 and install my single exhaust with test pipe. Its pretty easy. The Stock AP1 exhaust sucks if you're by yourself cause its heavy. Other than that, piece of cake. Oh don't forget to take off the support bar by the differential. I hate that piece.!##@$@#$@ Have fun. I think the T1R also uses an extra hanger that you have to mount near the diff also.
Don't even worry about time. Get the car up on jackstands ,locate the bolts to be removed, note the hangers, set out the tools.
Believe it or not , your half way done and you haven't even lifted a wrench yet. Only exoctic tool that I'd recommend is a rubber mallet for the cat bolts and I also agree with the WD-40 suggestion. Good luck
