When I got my car it looks like the windshield has bed replaced because the weather striping is all messed up and the paint is all scratched to hell. I am in a similar position as well. Yes, number 5 is the larger seal you will most likely need to replace. Is this the only spot that looks worn? My windshield is cracked so Ill buy new seals when i get it replaced.
