but like how you made a mod to make it easier for you regardless if you're doing it wrong or not

You probably need to be braking harder/deeper so the brake levels out with the gas more. Seems like with the way its lined up now, when you brake the gas will be above the brake. But everyones legs and feet patterns are different, if it works for you

Go-faster mods don't have to look pretty, they just have to help you go faster

Check out the S2000 Prototype at Nurburgring video with Gan San driving. His footwork is pretty good, heel-toe with street shoes no less.

heel toeing is far easier in the s than most of the other cars ive driven.

try toe rolling if youre having a problem.

when the ball of your foot is on the brake, roll the outer edge of your foot towards the gas and the outer portion of your heel will hit the gas.

edit: just found this link and it has a good step by step, almost exactly what i was saying

http://www.edmunds.com/how-to/heel-a...downshift.html

please take that plate off and just practice a little more

I admire the ingenuity... Although I think it is a bit sketchy and might pose a safety issue.

I personally cannot heel-toe as one should, I don't have enough room to rotate my foot. I brake with the inside part of my foot and use the outer edge of my foot to blip the gas. Been doing this for years and it is just as effective. Only issue is you can slide off the brake onto the gas if you aren't careful. To counter act this I use grip tape on the pedals and have yet to accidently slide off the brake in years with the car.

I heel-toe regularly, this is the first car that I have done that in as well.
