GF Performance Chip Kit for the HONDA S2000
I agree with you there.
Back when I had a Mazdaspeed3, I used a few of the tuning methods available, including the Cobb Accessport. I'm new to the honda tuning, but it seemed similar to K-pro (vaguely). Having that, I wouldn't want any less capability.
But prior to that, I had an audi, and had great success with an off the shelf chip. Like i said, 50hp 80tq. Most of that was a boost increase. Im not sure why it worked so well across the board. The MS3 was completely different. When the Accessport came out, the maps all worked differently on every different car. It NEEDED the fine tuning.

Sometimes I miss my GTI. Had the APR Flipswitch tune. Stock and 93 octane maps, switchable with the cruise control stalk, and lockable so that dealers couldn't find it. Torque was abundant, but so were the issues with that car.
