Hardtop Rear Window Install
I just got a Mugen replica top and had it painted. I am having trouble installing the rear plexiglass window...It came with seals but it seems like they need to be glued on or something...I have done a search and found the "rope trick" but I dontthink this will work with the type of seal I have. The one I have has a channel/grove for the plexi, and just one lip for the one that attaches to the HT itself. Seems like the Mugen one came with different window seals.
If it needs to be glued on, what should I use?

wind shield sealant. get it at auto parts store. put the window in the groove first, then glue it to the top. give it time to cure before you put the top on. that sealant is black and sticky like tar.
