I have a chaser double sided cf top fitment looks great but theirs wind noise. Does any one have any hints or tips on how to make it fit more snug? Loud poping is coming from the drivers side with any bodyflex do i have it to tight? Lastly does any one know how to adjust the windows on how high they go? I need to lower mine some for the hardtop. ANY TIPS OR HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED!!

Are you using stock latches and strikers in the front? Swapping to hardtop strikers could help with wind noise. Or you could put a shim under the strikers to move them down slightly and have the latches pull the top down even tighter.

About the loud popping. It is most likely from the hardtop touching the black plastic piece that it sits on top of. On mine I had to fix the rear weatherstrip (either get a wider or thicker piece) so that the only thing contacting the plastic is the soft weatherstrip material.

I would look into the popping right away because if the hardtop is contacting the plastic piece it will be rubbing a line into it every time you hear the noise. I have a chaser top that came with the car too with the same issues. Looks like they are actually too narrow in the back and the edge sits on top of the plastic instead of around it.

Well there is your problem.

Sorry wish I could help more, but my VIS top has none of these issues, hopefully someone else will chime in and help.

okk thanks wider seal it is. I had a oem and traded and we just kept our latches and strikers. It dont seem like its coming from there it seems like the windows need adjusting. Ive heard theirs 3 bolts that you adjust every aspect of the window but i havent taken off my door panel to find out?

make sure your windows are rolled up, take off the door panel, and look at the cutout holes. the bolts should be there.

search for window adjustment in the forum search bar.

chaser aero sucks.
