will this work instead of the reflash for a sos or any supercharger kit?
Yes - with this you could build your own custom kit or buy any kit and dyno tune it. for example if you were looking at a kraftwerks kit you would buy the "you tune" kit for $5,300 instead of the base kit or high boost kit for $6000 and tune it for any boost up to 10psi with the stock map sensor. An advantage is that the base and high boost kits come tuned for stock cat and header. With flashpro you can fine tune for tp and aftermarket header / exhaust and maybe hit the 400hp mark.

So you could take a pre-06 Comptech SC and use it with the 06+?

That would be very nice....

Having already developed the Header Reflash, why not include it amongst the base maps in the Flashpro?

Hoping 1 day Hondata will come out with a better flashable unit than their dual KPro's....
I would be willing to be that the Dual Kpro system will be a thing of the past, it didn't seem to take off that well and now there seems to be a much better option

As i understand it they are not planning on including any of the current reflashes on this unit. Only base calibrations to use to start off your tune. I was trying to get one with the kraftwerks reflash on it but no such luck .

It makes sense why they would exclude it from a business prespective. Why would anyone in there right mind consider purchasing a reflash from hondata if you can purchase flashpro with it already on there? I think they kept it that way so those who do not care to spend the extra 400-600 for tuning then there is still a market for the standard reflash.

b/c i am one of those ppl. i am very satisfied with the reflash, it did all what i wanted it to do. i dont plan on getting it tune to get every little whp out of my engine. its fun as it is. plus how mush more could you really get out of the engine with this and with bolt ons? enough to really matter for a dd that doesn't track or autoX? but that is my 2 cents. i would go this route if i hadn't already got the reflash. even if i did get the reflash and i got this, i would just have done the same as the reflash. but for those who want more and are power hungry, this would be this best thing to tune with!!! cost more that a VFAC, b/c it does more. its cheaper than a stand a lone, b/c its doesnt dealt with FI too easily. but if you are n/a, hell yeah go for it. but i am satisfied with my reflash.

I suspect that since people can share their calibrations with other users, there should be TONS of tunes available soon. I also suspect that anyone who has the Hondata reflashes that are going to upgrade to the flashpro will be able to share those tunes as well.
