Default hood spacers lol

just wanted to get some other opinions on hood spacers. i saw a silverstone s2000 with it done and i think it gave it a tad more aggressive look, plus it "kinda" helps cool down your engine bay. just wondering what you guys think since it only cost like 5 bucks

and no need to flame me over it, im just alittle short on cash and just looking for inexpensive ways to make my car look more unique and aggressive

You have an s2000 it already looks unique and aggressive.

I wouldn't want any air getting under the hood at 100+mph.

hood spacers? who thought of this one? guess that dude wants to increase the chances of getting slapped in the windshield with nothing but hood.. i'd say hell no to the idea..

wait.

hood spacer...as in it lifts up the front of the hood? or it rakes the back up? if tis the bacK i see no problems of it running on the freeway/catching air.

it'll look weird though, since the body lines done line up anymore..

Do that...

then remove your bumper and reinstall it wrong, and then bend your fenders out and congrats - you will have a car that looks like trash and was put together/repaired incorrectly

I think that the above car has been done slightly to the extreme... you can do it subtly but does run the risk of looking like it's broken...

If you really want the same cooling effects without the stupid look, then remove the weather stripping back there.
