After learning about the benefits of an engine damper, I decided to get one. A search through the forum showed Shadow, a vendor, sells them. Except, his last login was a couple months ago. Anybody have a recommendation to where else I can get one?

Highly recomend this product! Prior to putting this on I could not perform smoking doghnuts in my AP2 as I would try and modulate the pedal and would loose my wheel spin due to the delay/slop from movement. Put this one and there was smother shifting and a direct line from my pedal to my diff allowing me to modulate the pedal and get quick response from the pedal. I do not like just holding the pedal down and bouncing off the rev limiter. Now I can just rotate the car on end and watch the dollar bills fly off my tires while they go up in smoke.

 

I installed one last year---agree with mjensen771--makes a big difference.
