What should i buy between K&N or Injen in a cheap price?

IMHO it would be K&N. Dont expect mind blowing power as it will barely give you anything but a nice loud noise when vtec kicks in.

You'd have to state where your priorities lie. If you're deathly afraid of hydrolocking then the K&N might be a better choice for you.
