Hey guys. Just asking for advice regarding an intake. Now I have an 03 Ap1 S2k with 70k miles. I was wondering what intakes did you guys use for your car and why? Theres quite a few I was looking at.

k&n fipk is ok.. I run one. One of the more inexpensive setups. Sounds good if nothing else.

 

Thanks for the input guys I already had an idea of what I wanted beforehand but you guys helped me a great deal. Ive narrowed it down to the K&N a d the Comptech Icebox intake. Its a hard choice between the two.

 

My FIPK heat bogged bad. AC+summer temps was awful, even with my vented hood, had to rev the hell out of it on hills from a stop. Car had an AEM v1 when I bought it and I put that back on it. Bogs a bit still on warm+ days but better that the FIPK. Also plan to pick up a V2 some time. Hear its better on bog.
