The tick that you talk about is probably an exhaust leak. you should tighten the bolts once the header has had a chance to heat up. Header gaskets always leak.
lol actually... it is sadly... where the header connects to the TP, the spring bolts dont go tight enough for some reason so its not a solid connection... fixing the problem tomorrow... i did my write up before i could drive it a whole lot... after driving it a little more i figured it out.

thelast13: as far as the finish it looks pretty good... its breaking in right now... ill try and get some pics up soon. and no it didnt come with gasket or hardware.

crackerballer: i bought from evasivemotorsports.com ... good service but i cant remember how much i spent on it... i actually bought it with my exhaust and TP about a year ago... and i just now put it on haha

update: exhaust leak fixed... ticking is gone. im actually very happy now.

overall im glad i purchsed this header.
i dont have any other header knowledge for the s2k but i would say this one was worth it to me.
